Turkey Pumpkin Chili


There's nothing better than a bowl full of chili on a cold day! My turkey pumpkin chili is flavorful and loaded with protein & fiber!

Ingredients

1 lb Ground turkey

1 (15 oz.) can Black beans
1 tsp Coriander
4 cloves Garlic
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 (15 oz.) can Great northern beans
1/2 (15 oz.) can Kidney beans, dark red
1 tsp Onion powder
1/2 tsp Oregano
1 Pasilla chili pepper
2/3 cup Pumpkin puree
1 Red bell pepper, large
1 Red onion, medium
1 (14.5 oz.) can Tomatoes, petite
Canned goods
4 cup Chicken stock or vegetable broth, low-sodium
3 tbsp Tomato paste
Condiments
1/2 cup Tomato sauce
Baking & spices
1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
4 tsp Chili powder
1 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Pepper, freshly ground
1 tsp Salt
Oils & vinegars
2 tbsp Olive oil
Nuts & seeds
1 tsp Cumin
