Moo Goo Gai Pan


Better than takeout moo goo gai pan recipe that's savory and a little sour. Ready in less than 25 minutes!

Ingredients

Meat
1/2 lb Chicken breast, boneless skinless
Produce
1/2 cup Bamboo shoots, canned
1 1/2 cup Button mushrooms
2 cloves Garlic
1 1/2 cup Snow peas
Canned goods
1/2 cup Chicken stock
1/4 cup Water chestnuts, canned
Condiments
1 tbsp Oyster sauce
2 tbsp Soy sauce
Baking & spices
1 tsp Cornstarch
1 tbsp Cornstarch mixed with
1 White pepper, ground
Oils & vinegars
1 tbsp Peanut or vegetable oil
4 tsp Rice vinegar
1 tsp Sesame oil
