Black Bean and Avocado Wraps


Healthy black bean and avocado salsa wraps. These quick and flavorful black bean and avocado wraps are tasty, filling and make a great meatless lunch or dinner! They can also be made vegan too!

Ingredients

1 Avocado, pitted and chopped
1/2 cup Bell pepper
1 can Black beans
2 tbsp Cilantro
1 clove Garlic
1 Lime, Juice of
1/2 cup Onion
1 Tomato, small
Condiments
1/4 cup Sour cream or mayo
Baking & spices
1 Salt and pepper
1 tbsp Taco seasoning
Oils & vinegars
1 tbsp Oil
Bread & baked goods
6 Tortillas, medium
